The findings from the study indicated that the compounds contained in these foods have health benefits such as reducing the risk of Alzheimer’s disease and stroke while improving brain function, mood, and circulation. The reason being is that the compounds found in these foods may have the ability to “rejuvenate” old cells, potentially helping you preserve your youthful self just a bit longer!
